Dreamr terms of use
Who these terms are with
These terms are an agreement between you and Shogun Software Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11124167). By installing or using Dreamr you accept them. Google Play's terms also apply. The privacy policy explains how we handle your data.
Licence
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Dreamr for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, sell, redistribute or reverse engineer it except where the law allows. You must have the right to display the photos you use with Dreamr.
The upgrade
The upgrade is a one-off in-app purchase through Google Play. Refunds are handled through Google Play.
Changes to the app
We may update, change or withdraw features of Dreamr. Features that rely on third-party services may stop working if those services change.
Liability
We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights.
Ending these terms
We may stop providing Dreamr to you if you seriously break these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts. Contact: [email protected].
